Large Conference Room (14-30pp)$50 fee + $50 refundable deposit Small Conference Room (capacity 8-12pp)$40 fee + $30 refundable cleaning deposit

Main Lobby for Reception (5 hr max - capacity 150-168pp) $250 fee + $300 refundable cleaning deposit

Two (2) separate checks must be submitted for the Facility Use Fee and Cleaning Deposit. Please make checks payable to the Kodiak Island Borough.

WAIVER OF CONFERENCE ROOM FEES (only during business hours and excluding lobby):

Indemnification

The user shall indemnify, hold harmless and defend the Kodiak Island Borough, its officers, agents and employees from all liability, including costs and expenses, for all actions or claims resulting from injuries or damages sustained by any person or property arising directly or indirectly as the result of any error, omission, or negligent act of the user, or anyone directly or indirectly employed by them or in any way associated with this activity.

Care of the room and cost of any damages or cleaning related to room use is the responsibility of the group using the room.
