1. How do I reserve a meeting room or space at the KFRC?

1) Check for date and space availability with the Building Receptionist.
2) Complete and return a Contract for Facility Use by fax or online.
3) Mail or drop off required fees and deposits.
4) Review KFRC's Building Use Policy and Cleaning Procedure documents.

2. I'm a teacher and would like to plan a field trip to the KFRC for my class. What do I need to do?

1) Contact the Interpretive Specialist to check for date, time and tour availability.
2) Once date and time have been confirmed, review KFRC's Teachers and Day Care Providers letter and review the Interpretive Center Rules with your students prior to your visit. Interpretive Center Rules
