Engineering and Facilities is directly responsible for the operation and maintenance of Borough owned facilities and parks. We are also responsible for non bonded construction projects. We provide staff support for various boards.

The Projects Office manages all aspects of capital projects for the Borough, including planning and design, bidding, construction, and close-out.

Projects Office staff is responsible for assisting with the design process, preparing Requests for Bids and Proposals, vetting contractor's bids, project accounting, and implementation and oversight of Borough approved construction contracts.
