2023 Notice Of Values were mailed on February 28, 2023. Appeals of assessed value will be taken by Assessing Office staff during normal business hours (Monday through Friday, 8AM- 5PM). Appeals can be done in person at the Kodiak Island Borough Building, 710 Mill Bay Ave.,  using the main entrance by the Assembly Chambers, or by phone. The appeal period will end on March 30, 2023. The Borough will be closed on March 27, 2023 in observance of Seward’s Day.  Appeals in person will be handled on a first come first serve basis.
