FILING FOR CANDIDACY

Per KIBC 7.20.030(D), Filing for elective offices shall be made by filing a declaration of candidacy with the clerk from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. during weekdays from August 1 through August 15. Should August 15 fall on a Saturday or Sunday, candidates shall have until 3 p.m. on the first Monday following to file their declaration.
