OverviewThe Kodiak Island Borough does not provide an automated on-line permitting system. These forms are printable and designed to jump start your project or facilitate your request.
The form may be emailed to either firstname.lastname@example.org. If emailing is not in your preference, hand delivering to The Kodiak Island Borough's Community Development Department, 710 Mill Bay Rd, is also acceptable.
By cross-referencing the Borough's GIS Website, the user may obtain information such as Legal Description, Street Address, Property ID, and Current Zoning for entry into the appropriate fields.
