The Kodiak Island Borough does not provide an automated online permitting system. These forms are printable and designed to jump-start your project or facilitate your request. 

The form may be emailed to If emailing is not your preference, hand delivering to The Kodiak Island Borough's Community Development Department, 710 Mill Bay Rd, is also acceptable.   

By cross-referencing the Borough's GIS Website, the user may obtain information such as Legal Description, Street Address, Property ID, and Current Zoning for entry into the appropriate fields.
