Records and Public Information

Citizens Guide to Obtaining Records and Information from the Borough

The Borough Clerk's Office maintains and makes available for public inspection all records, files, ordinances, resolutions, rules, regulations, and any other information according to local, state, and federal law.

Many requests for public records can be made available at the time of request or within three business days. Some requests which involve interdepartmental coordination, extensive research, retrieval of records from storage, or compilation of voluminous records may take longer.
Please note that there are also certain records that may not be disclosed because the records are exempt from disclosure law.
